I love how he almost comes off that he is very successful because of real-estate, but then says 85% of his income is directly/indirectly from youtube. So he's basically 1 in a million person who has a massive following off youtube which allows him to make all of his money essentially.

Financial institutions have always been a target for criminals. But in this age of technological advancements and increases in organized criminal activity, financial institutions are finding it difficult to stay ahead of the fraudsters. Add to this the significant regulations related to the industry and it becomes clear that personnel must maintain constant vigilance in order to detect and prevent fraud at banks and other financial institutions. As a banker who sees dozens of fake checks, here are some tips: if words overlap, thats a red flag. If font sizes don't match, that's a red flag. If the lettering is faded, that's a red flag. Easiest solution, however is to just call the bank listed and ask to verify it. Simple as that. if you have just been scammed or in a fraud emergency involving large sums you can report with their agency through David.acfe19@gmailcom certified government official that offers a list of investigation and restitution services for free. The sooner fraud is detected, the lower the financial impact. Often the victim is the first person to discover fraudulent activity.

On the coffee note, I believe the idea circulating throughout history that coffee SHOULD be cheap or even free is doing the industry a big disservice. Of course there are long drawn-out supply chains that are not helping either, and there are obvious and clever savings by not over-purchasing products in cafés or restaurants, especially like Starbucks. That being said, supporting local businesses and supporting coffee farmers and everyone helping the better side of this industry to stay afloat should be a higher priority than getting the cheapest brand of year-old coffee at the grocery store. Not saying he's doing that, just a quick rant ;)

but if you're a millionaire and you don't even really pay for your house... why do you need to scrimp and save on food? seems more like something a single mom would do. Lets suppose he doubled his food budget, it would only be a drop in the pond of his income, I don't get why he cares. An extra $2000 per year to someone who makes that kind of money should be nothing. Just sayin.... I though the whole point of having money is so that you buy what you want. If I was rich, I wouldn't bother waiting to buy food on sale, I'd buy whatever I want, whenever. I don't take that attitude for everything, but food? come on. It's not that expensive.

Don’t take financial advice from a youtuber... but you may take youtube advice from one.

  • Autobot032

I'm 50/50 on this. Some absolutely excellent advice in here, but not all of the bases are being covered. Yes, you can skimp, but to what end? If you're going to skimp, do it with the suits too. (Their actions and their words don't match up.) Yes, you can work 15 hours a day, but you barely have any time to enjoy the fruits of your labor. (Not to mention time with family, etc.) Yes, you can make more and more and so on, but where does it end? (You can't take it with you when you go. If you don't have kids or a charity, it goes to the government. If you do have kids and you leave them nothing, it's just a painful financial reminder that you really, really didn't love them. All that money, all that time, nothing to show for it.) Not being funny, but what's ten million going to do for you that nine didn't? (Seriously, what's the cap? When do you call it quits and live comfortably and decently? Do you have to be Scrooge McDuck rich to feel "secure"? There are other aspects.) Would it be nice to have a... "care package" of sorts to be safe and content? Sure. Most people don't have that, though. Sometimes, they're happy as-is and the money could bring trouble. I think the honest answer is some people can handle money and what comes with it better than others, while others can't, but it all spends the same and anyone can be in another person's shoes when they least expect it. Coin collections, suits, watches, coffee, cars, etc... Past a certain point, you have everything you need, now it's just finding things to want.
